Why this exists

I'm Kevin Wong — a software engineer who pivoted into startup ownership in 2025. The pivot wasn't strategic at first; it was survival. AI was rapidly compressing engineering as a wage-earning skill, and I realized the only durable position in the AI era is owner, not worker.

Once I made the switch, I discovered something nobody told me: there's almost no operating framework for solo founders in the AI era. The existing playbooks were written for venture-scale teams or for hustle-culture creators — neither fits a one-person company actually trying to build durable revenue.

So I built one. Sagacycles is the 33-point framework I wish I had when I started.

The framework in 4 verbs

Everything compresses to 4 actions:

Each verb expands into ~8 specific principles. Each principle has a quantified ROI and a concrete "genius solution" (天才解) you can act on this week.

What you'll get

Who this is for

If you're a one-person company / solo SMB founder navigating AI's deflationary wave on labor — this is for you.

If you're trying to build a venture-scale unicorn, look elsewhere — the math here is different.
