Terms of Service

1. What this is

Sagacycles is an educational content product for solo SMB founders. By subscribing (free or paid), you agree to these terms.

2. Free vs. paid

• Free tier — one weekly insight via email. Unsubscribe anytime.
• Pro ($97/year) — full framework access via /reading.
• Founder ($970/year) — everything in Pro + 1-on-1 reviews + direct email access. Subject to availability.

3. Billing & renewals

• Paid tiers are billed annually via Stripe.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the same price unless canceled.
• Cancel anytime via the billing portal link in your account; you keep access until period end.

4. Refunds

30-day no-questions-asked refund on any tier. Email hello@sagacycles.app within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, refunds at our discretion.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Republish, resell, or redistribute the content.
• Share your account credentials (one human per subscription).
• Use the content to train AI models or build derivative products.
• Scrape, automate, or attempt to bypass authentication.

You may quote up to 200 words from any insight with attribution and a link.

6. Intellectual property

All content — the 33-point framework, individual insights, examples, code, branding — is © Kevin Wong / Sagacycles. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read it for your personal/business decisions while your subscription is active.

7. Content disclaimer

Sagacycles is opinion + experience. It's not legal, financial, medical, or tax advice. We make no guarantees about outcomes. You make your own business decisions.

8. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but make no SLA guarantee. Outages can happen. We'll communicate during sustained ones.

9. Termination

We may terminate your subscription if you breach these terms (e.g. account sharing, scraping). Refunds may apply at our discretion.

10. Liability cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Sagacycles is incorporated. Disputes are resolved in that jurisdiction's courts.

12. Changes

We can update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to active subscribers 30 days in advance.
